I loved working with Sermeh Bridal! The moment I walked into this shop, I got immediately that I was in right place because before that I’ve tried on more than 40 dresses at almost 7-8 other bridal shops. The selection of dresses was smart, wonderful, and affordable. The ladies were not pushy at all and understood as brides we need attention, care and obviously guidance for a big decision, so did not rush me. The other great point was they have an alterations business beside the bridal shop (Sara Alterations) which I already have worked with them. In fact they are very knowledgeable about the details of the gown and truly gave me greater peace of mind. I could not have been thankful for all their help!! Absolutely I'll send my pictures later.

Sara was so professional, confident, accommodating and organized throughout the entire planning process while we created my dress from scratch. I came to her to create my dream wedding gown for my wedding. Through a friend of mine, I was connected with Sara and set up an appointment. After a couple of minutes with her, I knew this was it! Sara assured me that we would be able to work together and design a dress that had all the aspects I was looking for. I knew from my first appointment she was beyond what I was looking for. Appointments with her are like hanging out with your best friend. She is inviting, warm, kindhearted, and full of smiles and helpful bridal hints. She goes above and beyond to make you feel like a real bride. One of my friends who came with me for one of my fitting appointments and she was just as equally impressed with the service there. She recently got engaged and will be going back to Sermeh Bridal for her wedding dress. My wedding dress was more than I could have ever dreamed of. She worked weekends and late during the week in order to make sure my dress was perfect and it was! I ended up with a stunning custom gown more beautiful than I could have imagined. It fit wonderfully and looked amazing in all my photos. Thanks Sermeh Bridal!!!

Today, I said “Yes” to the dress at Sermeh Bridal. Absolutely the best bridal experience my family and I’ve had. Without a delay Sara explained the process and made sure to answer all of my questions. The dress I ended up saying yes to was one that Sara chose (after I tried on all the ones I picked up) and then she called the designer to see if I may have it 2 weeks earlier than normal period! Such a sweet lady who made an effort not to just sell me a wedding dress, but to also educate me on the different styles available and which one would be better with my figure. By the way I had a large group come in with me and all there were super accommodating and welcoming to make room for everyone. I am so surprised that I found the dress of my dreams in one appointment, and it is no doubt thanks to Sara and the amazing salon itself! I HIGHLY recommend this bridal shop in Austin and suburban area. They gave us a very classy bridal experience, with affordable choices.
